ATTENTION: PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE OF YOUR CHILL ISLAND TICKET

1. This ticket is sold on behalf of the organisation (Just Management p/l trading as Chill Island Music Festival) responsible for presenting this event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and the venue where presented.

2. Entry is at own risk. The organisation & the venue (Just Management p/l trading as Chill Island Music Festival) accept no responsibility for any injuries, losses or damage sustained in or around the venue. The right to refuse entry is reserved.

3. Stage diving, crowd surfing & moshing are strictly prohibited. Any patron caught practising this behaviour risks eviction from the site + possible fine.

4. No bottles, glass, cans, skateboards, milk crates, studded wristbands &/or belts etc, fireworks, alcohol, drugs, laser lights, weapons of any type will be allowed on site. All bags and containers will be searched upon entry. Any other items considered illegal or dangerous will also be banned from site entry.

5. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged nor replaced after purchase.

6. The right is reserved to vary advertised artists and programs. The right is reserved to reschedule the event. The right of admission is also reserved.

7. Chill Island is a licenced event. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must be over 18 and must provide valid photographic identification (ie; drivers licence or passport. Any minor found consuming or in possession of alcohol will be evicted from the event & may face charges). All patrons will be over 18''s will be issued with a wristband. Wristbands must be worn for duration of the day.

8. The event will run rain or shine. The organisation reserves the right to reschedule the event.

9. Still photographic cameras (eg; small cameras) are permitted. Sound recording devices and video or movie cameras are prohibited.

10.Tickets cannot be resold at a premium nor used for promotion, advertising &/or other commercial promotions (including competitions and trade promotions) or as a means to enhance demand for other goods and services without the express permission of the promoters If any ticket(s) are sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket(s) will be refused admission.

11. The conditions stated on this ticket constitute a contract between the organisation and the purchaser. Any breach of the conditions will indemnify and hold harmless the organisation, their respective agents, representatives, management, principles, employees, officers and directors, from and against any loss, damage or expense, including attorneys or solicitors fees, incurred or suffered by or threatened against the organisation or their representatives or any of the foregoing in connection with or as a result of any claim for personal injury or property damage or otherwise brought by the purchaser or on behalf of any third party person, firm or corporation or proprietors against the organisation as a result of or in connection with CHILL ISLAND or associated engagements.

12. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. We ask that you please heed this notice as CHILL ISLAND will not accept responsibility for children of this age.

13. IMPORANT - Relevant government photo ID required if you wish to drink alcohol.
